Coming into Economics discipline initially began as reluctance to include computer science as the fifth subject to be had during my class 11th. Fortunately, after that I became more and more interested in reading the discipline which ultimately got me landed at Hansraj College, University of Delhi to pursue majors in Economics. After my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate enough to work with Ernst Young for approximately four years, the place which taught me a lot professionally. Moving on, I decided to come back in academia and hence enrolled myself for a postgraduate degree in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune in the year 2015. In 2017, I qualified for JRF in UGC-NET, but decided to go for teaching before starting my PhD thesis. In 2017, I joined Symbiosis School of Economics as an Assistant Professor and I will ever be grateful to the institute for providing me a start in my academic career. There, I taught courses on Statistics, Mathematical Methods for Economics, Econometrics and Political Economy of India for the undergraduate students. As destiny would have it, I came back to my alma mater (GIPE) but this time in the role of a Faculty. Here, I taught Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Mathematical Methods for postgraduate students. After spending more than two years in GIPE, in October 2021 I got a chance to be associated with the reputed Savitribai Phule Pune University and hence I now am in the state of Qatar with MIE-SPPU institute of Higher Education, Doha. I am continuing my PhD thesis under the guidance of Dr. K S Reddy, a Faculty at GIPE, Pune. I also run a You Tube channel to share my knowledge on applications of Econometrics in the discipline of Economics.
